- In the table overview (search-function) the names of our entries are shown in different colors. These colors show the type of the entry:
- None = black
- Friend = green
- Lamer = red
- Blue = blue
- Brown = brown
- Export of HLSW-file: the following data is added to the comment field:

- SPWN = spawn TK
- LANG = language violation
- TK = intentional TK
- ABUS = punishTK abuse
- FIGH = fighting on server
- SPAM = spamming the mic
- NAME = name violation
- CHEA = confirmed cheating
- HACK = hacking the server
- Name of Admin, who add the entry
- Importing of HLSW-textfiles improved.

- no sign-on is needed, the sign-on-system is attached on the forum sign-on, i.e. login to the our forum, then visit ESD|BanBDB. On the right hand you should see your forum user name.
- about user access:
everybody can search in the ban-list,
admins can add/modify a record, search the whole db and export the db to HLSW.
leaders (Roach and Spes) can delete a record and import a HLSW-file to the db.
- now leaders can use HLSW to ban people. Export the HLSW-DB to the textfile-version (*.db5.txt) and import the HLSW-file into our DB.
Rules for importing:
If a record does not exist, the record will be added.
If a record does exist, the record will be updated.
If a record does exist and is banned in our DB, then the record will NOT be changed!
Important: i.e. if you UNBAN someone via HLSW, you have to unban him MANUALLY in our DB.
